  • On 9th September, 2017 Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat inaugurated the Sustainable Mountain Development Summit (SMDS) organized at a local hotel in Dehradun.
  • The two-day (9-10-September, 2017) conference was organized on the occasion of Himalaya Day.
  • It was organized by the State Planning Department.
  • In the conference, the Chief Minister gave a Mantra (rule) of 3C (Care, conservation, cooperates) and ‘3P (Plan, Produce, promote) for Himachal protection.
